How much time commitment do I need to allocate each week?

We'll have one weekly group call initially, with additional "focused activity" calls based on group preferences. These activities could range from tackling mini projects like organizing a fridge to mapping out content plans and calendars together on Zoom. The course material in the back-end Vault, consisting of short lessons, videos, worksheets, and stretchy challenges, can be completed at your own pace.
Is a diagnosis of ADHD necessary to join your programs?
I've tried numerous approaches without success. How can I trust that your program will be effective for me?

Honestly, you won't know until you start. What sets me apart is my blend of group and personalized support, with access between sessions for ongoing coaching. Think of it like having a cozy blanket; sometimes you need comfort, other times you want to shed the layers. Expect to be motivated, challenged, and fully supported in all aspects of your life—family, business, health, and relationships.
